With one thought and a courageous attitude of FIGHT TO WIN, Mr.A.K.Kalbhor started his journey in 1985-86 as a newspaper delivery boy heading towards his dream.
Lack of education was a major challenge for his daily livelihood, despite the fact and series of sacrifices and challenges, Mr.A.K.Kalbhor was firm and determined to achieve his goal. In 1986 he bought an auto rickshaw and continued his journey on three wheels, in 1989 he joined Bharat Forge Ltd. as a forklift driver.
In 1991 Mr.A.K.Kalbhor joined Fleetguard Filters Private Limited and served for eight years with full commitment,determination and established himself in the good books of top management.
On 09th March 1998 Mr.A.K.Kalbhor took a courageous decision and resigned from Fleetguard Filters Private Limited and started a business of Manpower Supply and Transport services.
The very first contract was awarded by Fleetguard Filters Private Limited for supply of nine housekeeping manpower and staff bus for their employees.
With his dedication, hard work and clear objective of ZERO compromise in quality services, within a short period of time this business grew into four firms.
